Plans and trials

Every workspace needs one of three plans: Pro, Studio or Agency. Each starts with a free trial and trial credits, bills monthly or yearly, and sets the limits on projects, keywords and audits.

netweft has no free tier. A workspace needs a plan before any screen that does SEO work opens, and every plan starts with a free trial.

The three plans

Pro Studio Agency
Monthly price $50 $100 $200
Yearly price $540 (10% off) $1,020 (15% off) $1,920 (20% off)
Credits a month 125,000 280,000 600,000
Projects 5 12 25
Saved keywords per project 1,000 2,500 5,000
Tracked keywords per project 250 500 1,000
Audits a month, whole workspace 60 150 300
Pages per audit 1,000 2,500 5,000

Limits count what a workspace holds or starts. Credits pay for the lookups themselves, and Credits and billing lists what each one costs. A workspace can sit inside every limit and still be refused a lookup because its balance is empty.

Monthly and yearly billing

A yearly plan bills once a year at the discounted price. Its credits still arrive one month at a time, and each month’s credits expire at the end of that month, the same as on a monthly plan.

The free trial

Choosing a plan opens a checkout with a free trial:

Plan Trial Trial credits
Pro 3 days 3,000
Studio 7 days 5,000
Agency 7 days 8,000

A workspace gets one trial, whichever plan or billing interval it picks. During the trial:

  • The workspace has the plan’s full limits and its trial credits, which expire with the trial.
  • Paid requests are limited to 10 a minute, against 60 a minute on a paid plan.
  • You can buy top-up credits. Auto top-up stays off until the trial ends.

When the trial ends, the card from checkout is charged and the first month’s credits arrive.

Ending a trial early

If the trial credits run out before the trial does, an owner or admin can start the paid plan straight away from Billing. The card is charged now, the month’s full credits arrive, and any trial credits left keep their own expiry.

Changing plan

Owners and admins change plan from Billing:

  • Upgrading (a dearer plan, or monthly to yearly) takes effect at once. You pay the prorated difference, and on the same billing interval the current month’s credits are topped up by the difference between the two allowances.
  • Downgrading (a cheaper plan, or yearly to monthly) waits for the next renewal, so you keep what you paid for until then.
  • During a trial, any change is immediate and the trial carries on.

A downgrade can leave a workspace over its new limits. netweft deletes nothing: existing projects, keywords and trackers stay usable, and creating more is refused until you are back under the limit. Scheduled rank checks check only the project’s oldest tracked keywords, up to the new plan’s limit.

Cancelling

Manage subscription on Billing opens the Polar customer portal, where an owner or admin cancels the subscription or updates the card. A failed payment keeps the workspace working while Polar retries the card. When the subscription ends or Polar gives up on the card, screens that do SEO work ask for a plan again; the projects and everything in them stay in the workspace.
