The budget is a line item, so the spend has to be a number.
netweft is an SEO tool for in-house teams whose spend has to be itemised: every paid lookup is priced before it runs. An in-house team's constraint is rarely the work — it is explaining the tooling spend to somebody who does not do the work. A subscription that includes an allowance nobody can itemise is hard to defend. A ledger of operations, each with a unit count and a price, is not.
Unit counts are stated, per-unit prices are the live rate card the API reserves against, and the total is the sum of the rows, computed when this page was built. Nobody's month is exactly this one: the arithmetic is the point, not the scenario. Pro's plan credits expire with the period; top-up credits do not.

Who this is for
A small team inside a larger company, where the SEO tool is a line in somebody else's budget and gets looked at once a year.
The month is a list of rows
Every paid operation reserves credits at a named price before it runs and settles against what the vendor actually charged. The month is therefore a list of rows, each with a unit count, rather than a percentage of an allowance.
No overage, only refusal
A workspace out of credits is refused before the money is spent, with the shortfall named. Nobody discovers an overage on an invoice, because there is no overage — there is a refusal.
Roles that survive a reorganisation
Owners, admins and members, with nobody able to act on a peer. An admin cannot demote another admin, which is the property you want when the team changes and the workspace does not.
What netweft will not do
One workspace, one subscription, and no per-seat pricing to negotiate — but also no SSO beyond Google and GitHub, no SAML and no procurement-grade contract. Sign-in is Google, GitHub or an email and a password.
The whole list, and the four comparisonsThe other three
- Agencies A team running organic for a portfolio of client sites, where every hour and every lookup eventually has to be attributed to one of them.
- SaaS teams A product team that owns one domain, publishes docs and comparison pages against it, and has to show whether organic moved at the end of a quarter.
- Ecommerce A catalogue site where the page count is in the thousands, most of it never ranks, and the audit is the only thing that can tell you which part of it is broken.
The month above starts with one project.
One project, one keyword set, and the first scheduled check writes the first row of the record. The price of every operation is shown before it runs.
There is no free tier. Three plans from $50 a month, each opening with a free trial.
